What do I send you?

How do I know it didn’t make things up?
Every extracted topic, step, decision, issue, action, and insight carries a timestamp and source frame. You can verify important claims against the original recording.
How long does it take?
Processing time depends on the recording length and current demand. Your workspace shows progress while TacitDocs works, and we email you when the document is ready.
How is my recording processed and stored?
TacitDocs stores the recording and generated files needed to provide the service. Recordings and transcripts are processed using OpenAI and Anthropic services. Do not upload confidential material unless you are authorised to share it with those providers.
Can I delete my recording and generated files?
Not while the recording is processing. After it finishes, use Delete in your workspace to permanently remove the recording and its generated files.
What does it cost?
